Jennifer Rolland, Director, is a Justice of the Peace with 15 years paralegal experience. Jennifer was Executive Assistant to John McKnoulty when he was Chairman of the Liquor Licensing Commission. This expertise proved most invaluable when she worked at Expo 88 within the Expo Authority's Protocol Department. |

John McKnoulty, Consultant, resided as a Commissoner of the Queensland Liquor Licensing Commission for six years, and Chairman for four years from 1988 until 1992. Previously, he was a partner and consultant with McCullough Robertson, a respected Brisbane law firm. |

| Melinda Rolland, Director, joined the company in 1993 after completing her Batchelor of Business studies. Melinda spent 3 years as State Manager for Young Achievement Australia, which provided her with an excellent opportunity to expand her management and public relations skills. |

| Angie Tomlinson, Consultant, brings to the company over 11 years experience as a legal secretary and office administrator in notable solicitor and insurance firms located in south east Queensland and Darwin. A graduate of a Diploma of Legal Secretarial studies, Angie is also a Justice of the Peace (Qual). |

| Marcia Berthelsen, Consultant, has recently joined the company and comes with 12 years Administration experience and customer liaison. Marcia’s high level of communication skills together with previous experience dealing with government agencies is proving to be an integral asset and valuable team member. |

| Joanne Verrenkamp is the part time friendly voice as our receptionist who is also providing assisting in the general office duties. From her previous work experiences in the Dept of Justice and Licensing Commission, Joey also offers initial assistance with general liquor licensing enquiries. |
