Liquor Licensing Consultants, established in 1992, has more than a combined 20 years experience in the area of liquor licensing. Established in Toowong, Liquor Licensing Consultants fast made a name for themselves locally and all over Queensland. Recently the firm moved to Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast and have been pleased to continue to assist loyal clients as well as gain some exciting new ones close to home. Our services can extend to all areas of Queensland.

Meet the Team

Jennifer Rolland – Director

Jennifer is a Justice of the Peace with 15 years previous paralegal experience.  Jennifer was Executive Assistant to John McKnoulty when he was Chairman of the Liquor Licensing Commission. Jennifer has been assisting clients with their liquor licensing applications since 1992 and is up to date with all recent changes to legislation.

John McKnoulty – Consultant

John has served as a member of the Queensland Liquor Licensing Commission for six years, and Chairman for four years from 1988 until 1992. Previously, he was a partner and consultant with McCullough Robertson, a respected Brisbane law firm. John is still a great assistance to the firm and our clients enjoy the benefits of having such a distinguished and knowledgeable person on their team.

Marcia Berthelsen – Consultant

Marcia started with the company in July 2002 and brings to the firm 12 years of administration and customer liaison experience.  Marcia’s high level of communication skills together with previous experience dealing with government agencies has proved to be an integral asset and valuable team member.

Renee Lynch - Consultant

Renee recently joined the team at Liquor Licensing Consultants and has brought with her over 10 years legal secretarial experience in local law firms.  Renee’s experience in the legal industry has enabled an easy transition into her role here which requires an excellent understanding and compliance of the Liquor Act 1992.
